In the wake of a massive manhunt in Minnesota over the weekend – the America public is largely perplexed that a masked man who was impersonating law enforcement with a police type vehicle and assassinated two people – shooting two politicians and leaving two others injured – could wreak such havoc and dominate the news cycles all weekend – until finally being arrested.

Don’t be perplexed – there’s very little mystery – evidence shows the Minnesota event involving the manhunt and subsequent arrest of Vance Boelter – who law enforcement was somehow able to magically identify, despite the shooter wearing a mask – was all part of a psychological operation being run by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and U.S. Representative Ilhan Omar – in conjunction with Cartel backed criminals in California.

State Senator Scott Wiener (D), San Franciso, California appeared on Live Now from FOX today and promoted what he called the No Secret Police Act.

Wiener took questions at a presser and focused on his concerns that ICE agents are wearing masks during law enforcement functions in California. Wiener also expressed concern that people were wearing the world “POLICE” on their person when they in fact are not part of the local police department.

Wiener said he’s promoting the No Secret Police Act to stop law enforcement from covering their faces – something he described as “storm troopers in Star Wars”.

Wiener discussed the assassinations in Minnesota and went on to say, “Donald Trump is a pathological liar”.

While Wiener may have legitimate concerns about people wearing masks – his focus on this dilemma is not going to bode well for the CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING INDUSTRY IN CALIFORNIA.

The psychological operation presently underway that is focusing on law enforcement wearing masks, that is being pushed by Minnesota and California cartel operatives, has inadvertently placed a white-hot spotlight on Wiener, San Franciso, the child slave trade, and criminals wearing masks as they kidnap babies under the guise that they are legitimate law enforcement.

In 2017, V4CR promoted the activity of their child kidnapping stormtroopers with promotional literature showing a child being carried away in the dead of night by a paramilitary looking soldier wearing a MASK with “V4CR” on the sleeve. The scene clearly depicts a kidnapping by a Cartel operative.

V4CR also published logos of federal agencies they were partnering with.
